Equity's Careers and Learning Advisors are all working performers with a broad range of experience and who have been trained to the national matrix standard for delivering specialist careers advice in partnership with Skillset.

The advisors are: Paul Cawley, Julie Fountain and Beverley Hills (pictured with John Byrne from the Stage newspaper).

Thanks to external funding from the Union Learning Fund, Equity and Skillset have been offering a Careers and Learning Service for the past few years.

The service provides free email advice or in-depth one-to-one guidance sessions for which there is a charge. These sessions are open to people working in the industry and graduates. Equity members get a 50% discount.. Sessions are currently available in England, Scotland and Wales.
