	I have an attic room which I let: 17’x12’ newly carpeted, comfortable double bed. The house is quiet, 25 minute walk to the centre of Sheffield. Bus service is every 5 minutes- 10 minutes to the centre. There are several takeaways nearby. Tescos, swimming pool, library and pub are within 5 minutes walk. The rent is £12 per night or £60 per week. For longer stays I ask for a bond. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and share the living room. I have sky TV and broadband.
