In the North West of England the tourist/visitor economy is one of the economic priorities identified by Local Enterprise Partnerships for Blackpool, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester. Alongside that our region has a rich history of a strong and vibrant cultural sector that not only provides economic benefits, but enriches our social and education levels.
