Recruitment and Retention Organiser
Salary: £38,745.32 including London Weighting
Hours: 35 per week
Equity, the trade union for the entertainment industry, is looking for a Recruitment and Retention Organiser responsible for the recruitment of members and the retention of existing members working in television, films and other recorded media.
The successful applicant will work as part of a team supporting the Department’s Industrial Organisers and co-ordinating the recruitment and retention work for the Recorded Media Department, and will undertake workplace visits. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to plan and implement initiatives and to co-ordinate work with the other Industrial, Recruitment & Retention Organisers both nationally and regionally.
Equity is seeking applicants who can demonstrate enthusiasm for the Trade Union movement.
This is a full time permanent post with 30 days annual leave per year and a contributory pension.
