Is it safe to be 'Out'?

Equity’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Committee is surveying Equity’s LGBT membership to find out whether the entertainment industry is a supportive and safe environment in which to be ‘Out’. The LGBT Committee would like to hear from Equity’s LGBT members about whether you are ‘Out’ in your professional life and hear your views about being ‘Out’ in the profession. The results of this survey will inform LGBT Committee campaigns and the equal opportunities work of Equity.
