Emma Stafford holds 12 months of Generals

24 October 2017

Salford based Casting Director Emma Stafford (Stella, Submarine, Four Lions) is holding generals at her casting studio in Media City, one a month for 12 months. They will last for one and a half hours covering:

  • Film a short scene
  • A group Q&A

They are free to attend, however, Emma is supporting the Film and TV charity, The Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund (CTBF) and would ask you consider making a donation of around £20 per class to support the work of this wonderful industry charity.

The CTBF provides advice, support and financial assistance to people who work in the UK moving image industry. The CTBF's dynamic support is offered to industry professionals who are facing personal and career challenges, some of which may include: critical illness, injury, unemployment, redundancy, relationship breakdown, mental health issues, bereavement, care in later life or financial worries. The charity also has a successful talent development programme. The John Brabourne Awards (JBAs) provide a stepping stone for individuals who are talented and driven, but who have faced hurdles in their career.

The first session date was in early October and apparently very succesful. Minimum age 16 and spaces are limited so it's a first come, first served basis.

If you are interested in attending this session or would like more information please email jen@emmastafford.tv with your name and contact details.
