Attention ALL MEMBERS WORKING ON S4C
27 January 2013
We have been contacted by S4C with regards to a change in requirement with regards to the HMRC. From April 2013 they have to provide details of payments made to employees when the payments are made and not annually as is currently the practice. HMRC have also requested additional information be included within that submission which S4C do not necessarily hold on record for you – they require date of birth, official name by which you are known to the HMRC, as well as your NI number. A letter has, we understand, been sent to anyone who will possibly be affected by this change, and S4C are keen to point out that unless they receive that information any fees due from April 2013 onwards will be delayed.
If you have received a letter and have yet to reply, then please do contact S4C before the end of March. If you think you should have been sent a letter but have yet to receive one please contact Dafydd Franklin on 02920 741435 or firstname.lastname@example.org – you should also contact him if you have any queries regarding this.
