I Say - The Annual Comedy Conversation with Lost Voice Guy

Once again Equity is planning a big presence at the Leicester Comedy Festival.  This will be the sixth I Say event which features a Q & A with an Equity member.  These have included Alexei Sayle, Nicholas Parsons, Janice Connolly (Mrs Barbara Nice), Sarah Pascoe and Tom Allen.

This year, Lost Voice Guy (Lee Ridley), will be the special guest for I Say which the union supports in partnership with the Big Difference Company and De Montfort University.

Lee is a writer as well as a stand-up with a book, I'm Only In It For The Parking, published last year and his Radio 4 sitcom Ability has had two series so far. He is also an ambassador for the disability equality charity Scope.

Lost Voice Guy is perhaps one of the most popular comedians in the UK. He's been a regular at Leicester Comedy Festival for years and this is your chance to hear him interviewed by Festival Director, Geoff Rowe who will be finding out about Lee’s journey into comedy and much more.

Please note this will be a Relaxed Performance and will be tailored to and aimed at anyone who would benefit from a more relaxed performance environment. The atmosphere in the auditorium will be relaxed, with audience members free to come and go as they please, or to make noise if they would like to.
