This one-day course will teach activists theory and practice in the fundamentals of organising, bargaining & power. We'll look at where power at work comes from, and how to build and use it when talking to the boss. Delivered by the General Federation of Trade Unions for Equity, this will involve GFTU's famous negotiations’ scenario role play activity. This is a selective application process as spaces are limited. Suitable for anyone who:
Is wanting to develop as an activist within the union
How to organise their fellow workers to change their workplace and their industry
