Get involved: National and Regional Meetings return in 2026

Equity will be holding a meeting in every nation and region of the UK in late March and we want to see all our members there! These meetings are a great opportunity to hear about the work of the union both nationally and locally, and to have your say as a member on which motion(s) will go forward to Equity Conference from your nation or region.

If you haven’t attended a union meeting before — or it’s been a while — this is a great place to start. You’ll hear from branches, elected representatives and Equity staff about key campaigns and industrial issues in your area, and you’ll have the chance to meet other members involved in union activity where you live.

Meetings will take place in person, with an option to attend online. Please look out for an email closer to the date confirming the specific details for your area.

All members are encouraged to attend. You simply need to live in the relevant nation or region (if you’re working in the area at the time, you’re welcome to attend as well). Please bring your Equity card or membership number if you have it, but don’t worry if you don’t — and there’s no need to RSVP.
