Equity Deputies Training - Stage 2: Understanding Equity Agreements

Further develop your knowledge and skills as an Equity Deputy. Learn more about Equity agreements, your rights at work, and how to use them!

This session builds on our first round of Equity Deputies Training to further develop your skills as an organiser in your workplace.

We will recap material from your initial Deps Training, before zooming in on Equity agreements, your legal rights at work, and how to enforce them for yourself and your fellow workers.

This training is only for Equity members who have already completed introductory Deputies Training. The course content is based on feedback from members who completed Deps Training about areas you wanted to learn more about.

This is an in-person event only and there are a limited number of spaces. We will be scheduling an online version at a later date if you are unable to attend this time.
