Intimacy Directors Network

This network is open to all Equity members who work as Intimacy Directors in the live performance sector to come together to discuss, share, and organise collectively.

Our Aims

To provide a professional space to address current industry issues and identify potential pathways for collective action.
To survey and gather data that will support the definition of the role's core services, establish base rates and minimum terms, and share this information with unions, trade organisations, and employers.
To coordinate collective actions & agreements in support of the profession in the live performance sector.
To advocate for greater recognition of the role in the UK industry, including crediting, public awareness, and representation on relevant committees and platforms.
